Marinate ribs to make them tender. Use half of orange juice, 4 oz of both lemon juice and white vinegar. Refrigerate overnight.
Cover rib with aluminum foil. Prepare over for 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for 45 minutes.
After 45 minute interval, lower temperature to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for three hours.
After three hours. Voila!
After second interval, let stand for thirty minutes still wrapped in foil.
