If you love oranges then it is the recipe you need. Intense orange flavor and super moist. With orange glazing and candied orange peel.

Supplies

  • 280 Grams Flour
  • 100 Grams Almond flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinammon(optional)
  • ΒΌ Teaspoons Baking soda
  • 150 Milliliters Orange juice
  • 250 Grams Butter
  • 4 Grams Eggs
  • 150 Grams Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Orange zest
  • Oven 180C/40 mins
  • For the dauce
  • 180 Grams Orange juice
  • 40 Grams Butter
  • 140 Grams Icing sugar
  • Orange peel

    Sift the flour mix with the almond flour

    Add the almond flour

    Zest the oranges

    Melt the butter

    Squeeze oranges

    Bake 40 mins in a preheated oven 180C
