Combine slightly beaten eggs, flour, milk and salt just until smooth.
Pour batter into muffin cups.
Fill batter to about 3/4 full.
Bake at 400F (204C) convection with 10 seconds steam for 20 min in the Combitherm oven.
Cool popovers before taking out of the baking tin.
Hollowed out centers will be soft and fluffy.
