How to Bake Pillsbury Brownies

How to make Pillsbury Brownies.

Supplies

  • 1 Box of Pillsbury Mocha Brownie Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • ⅓ Cups Water
  • ⅔ Cups Oil
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Glass Pan
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Stove
  • 1 Pam Cooking Spray or Butter
  • 1 Liquid Measuring Cup
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    You'll need one box of mix. It's about a $1.75 at the store.

    Step 2

    2 eggs

    Step 3

    2/3 cup of oil

    Step 4

    A measuring cup.

    Step 5

    A whisk and a spatula

    Step 6

    A 13x9 Pyrex pan

    Step 7

    Place the dry mix from the box into the large bowl.

    Step 8

    Add eggs to mix.

    Step 9

    Measure out 2/3 oil. Measure at eye level.

    Step 10

    1/3 cup of water. Measure at eye level.

    Step 11

    Pour oil and water into the bowl.

    Step 12

    Whisk until there are no chunks left.

    Step 13

    Scrape mix into greased Pyrex with spatula. You will need to hold the bowl in one hand and use the spatula with your dominate hand. The bowl will be heavier than you think, ask for help if needed.

    Step 14

    The mix in the Pyrex should cover the whole bottom

    Step 15

    Set a timer for 25-27 minutes.

    Step 16

    Use a tooth pick and poke the middle all the way down to the pyrex. CAREFUL ITS HOT. Tooth pick should come out clean.

    Step 17

    Voila! Let your brownies cool before eating, they'll be easier to cut out of the pan
