Gather your ingredients.
Peel bananas and put into a medium bowl. Make sure they are very ripe.
Mash bananas together
Preheat oven to 350. Mix softened butter and sugar in a mixer, beat until combined and fluffy.
Mix in eggs.
Add mashed banana and water. Beat until ingredients are combined.
Once eggs are combined, add flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
Pour half of the banana mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in Nutella.
Spray loaf pan with baking spray. Pour Nutella mixture into half of the pan, then pour the banana mixture on top of it.
Using a knife, use your wrist to make an 'S' shape in the batter, creating a swirled effect.
Place in oven uncovered for 55 min-1 hour. A toothpick will come out clean when it is ready.
Once bread is fully cooled, spread a thin layer of Nutella on top.
Sprinkle hazelnuts on top.
