How to Bake Mini Sugar Free Cheesecakes

These DELISH little cheese cakes are Sugar Free and Low Carb. Make a batch for your favorite diabetic sweetie or anytime you want a treat, but not a whole cheesecake in the house ❤️


  • 8oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 packs of Stevia
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Blend cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice and stevia until smooth. I use my blender.

    Step 2

    Add egg and blend until creamy smooth.

    Step 3

    Pour batter into two 4oz baking dishes.

    Step 4

    Bake at 350 until golden brown. 12-15 min

    Step 5

    Top with fresh berries. I cooked mine in lemon juice and 1 packet stevia until they broke down slightly.

    Step 6

    Refrigerate 2 hours and ENJOY!!!
