Add your wet ingredients to completely mixed dry ingredients. You may do this in a separate bowl I just like cutting down on dishes :)

Mix the dry and wet ingredients. Form a ball with your hands or if you don't like getting your hands dirty, put mixture in a plastic bag and squish into a ball

Place the ball on wax paper and then another on top. Roll the dough flat into a very thin width. The thickness is your own personal preference

Cut into squares or use a cookie cutter to make fun shapes. Place on a cookie sheet. I'm impatient so mine are not very pretty or evenly shaped. I like to add extra cinnamon on top of the crackers

Bake for 12-15 minutes depending if you want a softer cracker or crispy. If you are making the crackers for a crust leave them in for longer for that crispy texture.

1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract 
3 Tablespoons Sugar 
2 Packets stevia or 2 tablespoon sugar 
2 Tablespoons Agave (or maple syrup) 
¼ Cups Oil 
2 Tablespoons Water
