Measure the ingredients needed: Dijon mustard, brown sugar, garlic powder,soy sauce.
Mix the ingredients together. Put aside a 1/4 portion of the marinade in the refrigerator for basting later.
Mix well the remaining marinade with the chicken wings.
Cover and marinade for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, preferably overnight .
Preheat oven to 190 degree C (375 degree F). Place rack in centre of oven. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil. Arrange chicken wings on top of the foil.
Bake until chicken wings are no longer pink in the centre, basting with marinade every 10 minutes. The chicken wings should cook in 30 - 40 minutes.
