How to Bake Chocolate Hazelnuts Biscotti

Just a biscotti and a cup of coffee

Supplies

  • 260 Grams Flour
  • 30 Grams Cacao
  • 180 Grams Sugar ( brown)
  • 180 Grams Hazelnuts chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ Teaspoons Salt
  • 3 Eggs (170-180 g)
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 50 Grams Butter melted
  • 130 Grams Chocolate chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Instant coffee(optional)

    Flour 260g, cacao 30g, instant coffee 1 Tbsp (optional), baking soda 1 Tsp, salt 1/2 Tsp. Mix with a wire

    Step 4

    Put all the dry ingredients in a mixer run to mix them add the eggs then the melted butter

    Eggs and vanilla slightly beaten

    Add Butter melted 50 g

    Step 10

    Add Hazelnuts 180 g toasted. Use as such or chop them

    Add the hazelnuts

    Form two logs and flatten them as above

    Bake in a preheated oven 170 C FOR 30 mins

    When cold cut into diagonal slices (traditional). Put back on the tray and rebake 20 mins on each side in a 120C oven
