Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream together butter and sugars, then add vanilla extract and the egg.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. (For a healthier option, I used whole wheat flour and it tasted great!)
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet
Then add in your Oreo pieces and chocolate chips!
Bake for 8-10 minutes, and voila!
You'll have a little less than 2 dozen cookies! Enjoy!!
