How to Bake Bread Pudding With Leftover Bread

  • 1 Cup low fat milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 slices of whole meal bread
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 50 Grams raisins or dried cranberries
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Get ready all the ingredients

    Step 2

    Cut bread slices into cubes, keeping crust on

    Step 3

    mix the milk and egg together, add 1 tbsp brown sugar and stir till dissolve. combine the sliced bread into milk mixture, leave to soak

    Step 4

    while soaking the bread, cut the dried ingredient. you can also add chocolate chip((:

    mix in the dried ingredient and soak for a min

    Step 6

    butter or oil the tin lightly and pour in the mixture

    Step 7

    bake in pte-heated oven at 180 degree for 15- 20mins until golden brown
