Let your egg whites sit at room temperature for 30 minutes
In a different mixing bowl add your cake flour and sugar and mix until properly incorporated.
Once it has been half and hour, mix your egg whites in a mixing bowl or by hand at a medium speed.
Add your from temperature water. It helps hold the egg whites together.
Add the vanilla extract
Add your cream of tartar
Add the pinch of salt.
After a few minutes, slow down speed of mixing bowl.
Now start adding your flour mix in three sets.

Stir batter for a few more seconds then add to your cake pan
Preheat the oven to 177 degrees Celsius
Once oven is done preheating place the pan into the oven and let it cook for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes take out the pan
When cooling the angel cake you must place the pan upside down so it doesn't loose all its air bobbles and deflate.
Once the cake has cooled take it out of the pan and place into a place or in a container.
When cutting the cake be careful not to cut yourself.
Finally add fruits and enjoy.
