Sift your flour, baking soda, and salt
Beat your suger, eggs, butter, and cheese.
Mix in the vanilla
alternately mix your dry and wet batter
Add the wine
I like using Shiraz red wine, it goes well with the cheese.
Fold in your nuts
Put your chocolate in the microwave for about 1:30 minutes
Put cupcake batter in the pan
Put in the microwave. ( 325 degrees)
