How to Bake a Daily Bread (3 Mins Preparation) 🇬🇧

A beer bread is one. Ginger ale bread and the Irish soda bread are other varieties. No kneading is required. Few mins to mix, and 40 mins to bake. It is served hot or warm.

Supplies

  • 350 Grams Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 40 Grams Butter for the mould
  • 1 Can of Beer(330cl)
  • Oven 200C/40-45 mins
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cake pan 19cmx7cm

    Step 2

    Mix: 350 g flour ( little bit less than 3 cups) + salt+baking powder. Add the beer. Mix

    Dough is loose an lumpy

    Step 4

    Put in the mould

    Step 6

    Pour the rest of the butter. Bake 45 mins in a preheated oven 190C

    Step 7

    Put the mould on a tray to avoid butter leaking in the oven

    Out of the oven

    Step 9

    Serve hot or warm
