Use molding paste with the Dottie Stencil and the Cracked Stencil about the letters.  You do not need to be perfect.

Wrap tissue tape randomly around the letters.  Stamp assorted images and phrases on the letters.  Add drops of  Enchanting Minx on the V.

Sponge Enchanting Minx about the letter, then spritz Ice Colorations on the lower half.
