Weave as tight as you can, because the flowers will shrink as they dry. You can use thin ribbons instead of string. My string is embroidery cotton.

Step 8 of 10
3 times round the flower heads. Use 14 lavender if you fold down 2 stems at the time. If you fold down 3 stems you need 15 lavenders. So 2x7 or 3x5 or 2x9 or 3x7 and so on if you want them bigger.

Step 10 of 10
Tie the two ends together so you can hang the lavender. Rumour has it that lavender will protect against moths. Tying the lavender like this prevents the flowers from falling off when dry.

Dear Guy luckily I don't know everything because I'm curious and love to try new things and learn new things. Now I have to go and put the finishing touch on my plan for world peace. 😝

Dear Lini shame on your bunny, but I bet he/she had a lovely time eating your lavender. Ask your grandad for some cuttings and plant them in a bunny prof place. Hug your lavender loving bunny from me. 🐰

I used to hang and dry loads of lavender from my grandad's house when I was younger. I wonder if he'll let me have some to try this out... I miss the lovely lavender scent (my bunny ate my lavender plant!)
