Choose the bright nail polish as a base. For now, i will choose the yellow one. 💅wait until dry and add the black shatter on top of yellow.

The result is... Tadaa! ✨✨ *note: after the black shatter dry , its better to put some top coat to make a glossy look. Feel free to try any colors :) thx
