Go into settings!

Step 3 of 6
Choose 'pass code lock'
Step 4 of 6
Swipe 'simple passcode' to OFF
Step 5 of 6
It will ask you to enter your original password. Then your new word password!
Step 6 of 6
Now use your word password!
You're Done
