How to Use a Clothes Line in a Confined Space
My yard is pretty narrow, so this is how I used a retractable clothes line in my yard. Got it at Home Depot for under $15, and the hooks and concrete anchor for under $5
Mounted on the fence, using the supplied screws
Ran the line out so it was level and marked the spot on the house. Use my masonry bit and drilled into the concrete them pushed the anchor in
Screwed in the hook
Put another hook on the fence, and we just run it out from the fence, to the house and back to the other hook, then tuck it away when we aren't using it
