How to Tie Your Shoes (The Right Way)
Re-learn how to tie your shoes...this way is faster and you won't need to double-knot.
Starting position.
Cross the right lace over top.
Pass the right lace under and through. Pull it tight.
Grip the laces like handlebars. Squeeze tight with your pinkies.
Twist your hands so the laces pass over the near side of your left thumb and far side of your right index finger.
Pinch the opposite lace between thumb and finger.
Pull the loops through while gripping tight with your pinky fingers.
As you pull, release your pinkies.
Give a tug to tighten the knot.
The laces should lay parallel to one another. And should stay tied all day!
