Cute! Could you do it with all the same color. I want to do it in different shades of pink.

On eBay it differs, you can buy single (which usually has 10 nails on each wheel) and they normally have information on how many wheels you are purchasing. At Sally's you get 10 wheels, so basically 100 nails for about $6

It's not the polish, it's all about the top coat. There are some polishes that I prefer like ORLY. I like them because I usually don't get streaks. Like the pink Essie polish I used in the sailor guide. That was about 3 coats because it streaks so bad. I get one polish called Kleen Color, it's $1 a bottle. It's a good polish too, but it chips easy, and that's where your top coat comes in. If you have a dependable top coat you won't need a great expensive polish. I use diamond dry from Sally's, it's $8 but it dries quick, and my design lasts. Just the worst polish you want to keep from is LA Color. It's like water and food coloring. If you want a decent polish cheap, go for Sally's hard as nails, if you don't mind $7 a bottle get ORLY, but reguardless of what you buy, your mani won't last without a great topcoat :)
