How to Tie a Butterfly Loop

Step 1 of 7
Pull a piece between your hand, making an "M"
Step 2 of 7
Twist the center piece once...
Step 3 of 7
And then twice (there will be a little loop from twisting)
Step 4 of 7
Take the bottom of the center piece up over your hand, and pull it trough the loop/twist (from back to front)
Step 5 of 7
Pulling the center piece down will form a loop. Pull on the ends to tighten the knot
Step 6 of 7
Sorry, it I'd hard to see the knot due to the black rope
