How to Throw a Hot Link-Tortilla Fiesta in Your Mouth
I make this at least once a week. For breakfast. Or lunch. Or even dinner. I really love it but didn't think to make a guide for it. Then I figured, I better spread the love around. ❤
Gather your ingredients. A hot link. A tortilla. Some cheese. Then see how your taste buds throw a fiesta in you mouth! Let us begin...
Cook your hot link in a skillet or frying pan.
In another pan, heat the flour tortilla on both sides.
When both sides of the tortilla are heated, add the cheese down the middle (if you choose to use cheese).
When the cheese is melted, remove to a plate.
Put your cooked hot link in the center of the tortilla.
Lift up the bottom of the tortilla like this.
Then roll from one side...
...so it looks like this.
Cross section view. That's it! Easy. Fast. So delicious! Try it and you'll see.
I like to serve with some fresh crispy vegetables to balance out the spicy hot link. Enjoy!
