This is great by it self as a side or in a salads hope you enjoy as much as I do every time

Get your zucchini wash and chop of the ends
Step 2 of 9
Potato peeler works best and do the zigg zagg to get a cool affect do it till the hole zucchini is slide
Step 3 of 9
After its all done
Step 4 of 9
Heat the pan
Step 5 of 9
Add butter
Step 6 of 9
Add zucchini
Step 7 of 9
Put a lid on it for 2 mins
Step 8 of 9
After 2 mins stir and lid back on for one min
Step 9 of 9
Add salt and dish up enjoy
You're Done
