Never- give them lighting bugs. They have a chemical in them that makes them glow that is toxic to bearded dragons.

Hey, please do not feed dragons carrots! Not ever! This can kill them as it has a chemical in them that they can not have. Also basking spot should be 102-105 and lamp needs to be UVB, not just a heat lamp.
