How to Smile & Make Tortellini (Turkish)

I'm stranded in Turkey after 3500 km. on my bicycle and today I visited a restaurant to learn more about the Turkish dumplings "Manti": beef tortellinis served with yoghurt and red pepper sauce.

@AlysonHames: you are lovely! Well i might end up in Egypt - we'll see. I just booked a flight to Lebanon. Should be awesome! I really like your ideas - I will for sure consider how to make a guide about my travels. For me it has become a lifestyle, so it could be fun and challenging trying to squeeze it in to a Snapguide! Keep following and I will hope to keep you entertained.

I would love to see some dishes from Egypt but things there are not so calm right now. I would love to see a guide about how you travel. You seem to be able to go anywhere you please, maybe show us a day in your life or possibly tips on traveling around the globe. Your attitude and the places you're going is my main goal in life. To just be happy and see how other people around the world live their lives. Again, thank you for your guides I had slightly forgotten my traveling passion in the midst of working too much.

I'm so proud to say that this is my culture. I've never been to Turkey, but I have a lot of family there. I have a bit of Turkey here in the US, but nothing like your experience. 😌
