¼ Pounds Fat from lamb tail (mmmh)

1 Chopped sweet Red pepper

2 Onions

It s great that Someone from another country liked our tasty meals. But best adana kebap could eat in adana and some south cities of turkey. They use best quality Meat and spieces. Lahmacun , tantuni , pide , döner are also traditional food of Turkey

Do not forget that is Ramadan in Arabic countries like Jordan but Libanon is mixte so I am sure you ll find food there during the day but the other , you ll have to wait in the evening when the fast is over . Take care out there enjoy your trip
