How to Rock a Bikini(even if You Don't Think You Can!)
first pick the type of swim suit you want to wear.
this is a regular bikini! it works with people who have boobs... not me:( haha but also the bottom has enough coverage on your butt and sides to make you not feel overexposed.
this is a bandeau kind of swim suit! this is personally my favorite because it works with my boobs hahaha!(: but also because the bottom isn't totally covering absolutely everythin but enough!
after you try on different types of swim suits(those were just the types I had handy) you have to pick a cover up!
my parents are very strict about having a cover up while walking to and from the pool. so I usually just do shorts and a tshirt that I can get wet.
these shorts are one of my favorites to wear over a swim suit. they dry super quickly and are really comfortable. and hey! who doesn't love colorful shorts!?(:
I'll usually pair a semi baggy Tshirt with these shorts. if you don't want to look fat.. then don't use a baggy tshirt! show off whatcha got!(: sometimes I even wear just a tank top or cami(:
I like to match some sunglasses with it if their necessary!(:
in the list of supplies I put confidence. this is because you have to give yourself a chance! when you look at yourself in anything everyone usually focuses on the negatives..and it's hard not to!....
but give yourself a chance and look at the positives! say "wow this makes my stomach look flat!" or "this makes my boobs look good! " haha(: anything! focus on the positive aspects because honestly...
you're the only one who notices the negatives..trust me.(: have faith in yourself and show off your bod! one more thing.. don't suck in your stomach! people notice it and it doesn't look good..
embace your body... but if you're not happy with some places of your body..(that doing exercises can change) for me it's my thighs.. then I'll show you some exercises for different parts of your body!
to make your stomach flatter tone your abs. crunches will help with this and so will planks. I prefer doing lots of planks because overtime they really do help. the next slide will show how to do one
this is a plank! try holding it while singing your school fight song or a short little song you like. or if your boring.. hold it for 30 seconds and gradually make your way up to 60 seconds!
for thighs.. I do these! do lunges^^ their really helpful!
for basically your whole leg(but really feel in your thigh) do squats while holding weights(also arms)
or you can do wall sits. where you're against a wall at a 90 degree angle
