How to Roast Garlic

I absoloutly love garlic, roasting it makes it super sweet and delicious. Roasting it also reduces the pungent smell that it's known for.

@anna, cut the tip of the bulb, the pointy end. You wanna keep the root end intact and just slice off the top end of the bulb.

Oh the options are endless! U could spread it ( and it easily spreads) on some buttered and toasted crusty bread, sprinkle in some parsley and u got a good garlic bread. I like to add it to hummus or baba ganouche or even guaccamole! See my guide on baba ganouche, I add some roasted garlic in it. Your imagination is your limit :) I will soon publish a guide on making hummus, which will also use roasted garlic, so stay tuned. You could also mash it into your potatoes the next time you decide to make mached potatoes or mash it into a bachamel sauce and enjoy it in your pasta alfredo!
