I read that Google is working on an app that we can get through the app store for You Tube. If Apple drops You Tube all together, you can bet that it will be replaced on Apple TV with something else. Knowing the way Apple works, it may be replaced with something that is even more awesome.

From what I understand, Apple is dropping YouTube and Google maps as native apps on the iPhone and iPad. I doubt if they will remove YouTube from AppleTV. It would be a bummer.

Tim, with the new iOS 6 coming out next month, Apple is dropping You Tube. That bums me out because I recently bought Apple TV for the main purpose of watching my favorite music videos. How do you feel about that?

I believe this feature was released with iOS 5. iOS 6 is due out next month. I will lookout for some other helpful features.

I am always amazed by how many useful features seem to be hidden away like Easter eggs: is there a secret IOS manual somewhere :)

Thanks Tim, you always come up with useful ideas for Apple products. Will this work for my iPad 2?

I used Display Recorder, but Apple recently removed it from the iTunes store. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
