I use moom brand hair removal wax. About $7. It's all natural and does the job better than other brands out there in my option.

Microwave the jar of wax uncovered

It may take 10-15 seconds in the microwave depending on how much is left in the jar. Do not let it boil, which it can easily.

Prep your brow area by washing your face with and rinsing with warm water to open the hair follicle for less painful removal.

Quickly but carefully, while the wax is still warm, trace over the hair you want to remove by gliding the wax on the spots where you want it removed.

Immediately after applying the wax, place your scrap of fabric onto where you just applied and press firmly while rubbing over the fabric in the direction the hair grows.

I should mention that it may seem intimidating but this is called "sugaring" - not waxing. It does not hurt if you are used to regular tweeting. Sugaring grabs the hairs and not the skin. Pull it off.

Take your brow brush and first use the bristle side brushing the hairs upwards, followed by the comb in the next step.

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to respond. I didn't see this comment. What I meant by fabric scrap is either a strip from a clean pillow case, t-shirt, or something that is sturdy and FLAT enough that the "wax" can stick to. For example don't use a towel or something stretchy.

What do you mean by fabric scrap? What can I use if I don't just have some sewing leftovers? :) I'm looking forward to trying this! I cannot afford to go regularly and I'm usually dissatisfied anyhow. Thanks for showing!

Do you know of any kind of wax that works with extremely sensitive skin? I'd love to be able to do my own without it getting irritates!

Thanks! I used to get threaded but hairs grow back to sparse so I'm back to waxing. Will try on my own.

They're right, when you wax on top you have a higher chance of taking too much off. My method is just the quicker, easier way so I don't have to go back and Tweeze the strays by hand. I'd rather take care of that the first time by only placing the warm wax over the thin peach fuzz that usually gives my brows a more cleaner look.
