It's so easy to prepare 'something sweet' adding sugar/honey, chocolate, milk, cream. But you have to ask yourself if it's good for you. Try to change your habits/recipes and eat tasty&healthy food.

Just one more tips. I prepared this again today and I just added walnuts together with apples and other ingredients, so I didn't fry them. Was also good! And it just took me 5 min! Great! Enjoy!!!

:) I became addicted now. I'm preparing it every day.:0 It's so simple and fast. And I'm adding every time something else to try how it will work. Very soon I'll post something similar... With a bit more calories but still with just good nutrients.

I'm glad you like it. I made it yesterday as well. I was eating something similar for breakfast when I left Italy and moved to Ireland. My God! When I just remember... Was so cold in there. So for my breakfast I would chop 2 bananas, 1 apple, place them in the plate, I would add around 100g of cereals on that, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of honey(:0) or jam! I would heat that in microwave for 3 min and was just perfect! My God! I really needed something like that! Was so cold!!!!

Of course you can use regular milk. I'm using rice milk coz I'm trying to avoid dairy products. Rice milk is an alternative to regular milk and it's made from rice, it's sweet and it tastes good. It's very good to eat for breakfast. I prepared it today coz was very rainy day so I needed something to warm me up. And it worked :)
