How to Pour a Wheat Beer
If you do it the wrong way, you'll get problems pouring a "Hefeweizen" in the glass. Use "the bavarian technics" to enjoy this delicious beer :-)
Wheat beer with its special flavour is a great (summer-)drink. In Germany, esp. in Bavaria we call it "Weissbier" or "Hefe-Weizen" (the prefix "hefe" is German for yeast). So let's start . . .
Don't try it in this way! Otherwise . . .
. . . you get this - a lot of foam!
Take bottle and glass this way, keep a steady hand . . .
. . . and go on . . .
. . . until the bottle is nearly empty.
To get the yeast out of the bottle, roll the bottle on a table.
Pour the rest of the beer with the yeast to the glass.
That's it! Enjoy your wheat beer with freshly baked pretzels!
