Step 1: Turn on the Xbox by pressing the power button.

Step 2: Open the disk trey.

Step 3: Insert game disk.

Step 4: Close disk trey.

Step 5: Press and hold the middle button to turn on the controller.

Step 6: Press the middle button to bring up the guide to sign in.

Step 7: Press the X button to bring up the sign in menu.

Step 8: Press the A button to select the profile to sign in.

Step 9: Press the B button to get back to the Xbox dashboard.

Step 10: Select the game on the dashboard.

Step 11: Press the start button.

Step 12: Select "Play Now" by pressing the S button.

Step 13: Select "Exhibition" by pressing the A button.

Step 14: Select the teams then press the A button.

Step 15: Select the field settings the press the A button.

Step 16: Select your option for the coin toss by moving over it and by pressing the A button.

Step 17: Select your option from the coin toss.

Step 18: select what way you would like to defend.

Step 23: hike the ball by pressing A.

Step 24: to call a timeout press the select button.

Step 25: when you are done playing turn off the Xbox by pressing the power button.
