How to Organise Your Users Manuals

I'm one of the most unorganised persons in the world, so I have to organise everything to prevent chaos and wasting time looking for things I know I have, but can't remember where I put.

This is just some of my manuals. I don't use them all, but some I use now and then and waste a lot of time finding the one I need and the relevant language and section. Irritating.

Step 2 of 4
First I spent half an hour finding the manual for my laminator. Found the manuals I use and copied the relevant sections Then I laminated them.

It made me feel a bit OCD doing this, but I'm happy I did. It will save me time and free up space on my bookcase. All the manuals are now in a box in the spare bedroom for guests to enjoy. 😄

Wow! Two great ideas in one place. It never, ever occurred to me that I could just copy the relevant parts & keep them nearby instead of the the whole blinking thing. Also never thought about the manuals being online! Thanks, Karen & Bailey!

Dear Virginia sorry to answer so late, just now seen your question. I have this inexpensive paper folders with 2 metal "thingamajigs" that you thread the paper on and then fold back. It was for them I punched holes Hope you understand or else ask again.

Hi, thanks for the great guides. I don't understand the part where you said you punched holes for the folder. What folder? And do you mean with a three hole punch?

Well I follow you because you have " liked " some guides that I haven't found. Also I sometimes follow someone just to get an idea of what guides that person like. I also follow you so I'll be notified when you make your first guide so I can support you.

Dear Terri making a guide is not hard just hit the orange create tab and it will guide you. Make some test guides if you are unsure and then don't post them. There are a guide on how to make a guide. So get started and show us how genius you are. 😄

Hey, FYI not that u care because u r sitting around thinking how to continue to be a genius but, I am cooking :) up some lemon cleaner. I have it sitting behind my tall trash can with a cookie sheet sitting on the top of the can and the cookie sheet balanced on a ledge so if SHE blows, the mess will just hit the bottom of the cookie sheet!!!!! Hey your not the only GENIUS out there. And I have a couple of ideas for guides and I will make them to, just as soon as I figure out how to make a guide..😱
