Step 1 of 14

First. Apply a basecoat to the nails. I used Essie Exotic Liars, but any nailpolish will do.

Pick a stampingplate and a colour for the pattern. I went with Bundlemonsters plate BM-215 and Barry M's Instant effect 319 foil. Find a plastic card and your stamper.

Apply the nailpolish all over the pattern you selected.

Then take your creditcard and scrap it over the plate, to remove excessing nailpolish. Make sure to drag it over in one move.

Push your stamper down on the plate to pick up the pattern. I bought my stamper on eBay!

Make sure to press down.

Step 7 of 14

The pattern is now on your stamper.

Step 8 of 14

Apply to the nail. I place the stamp on one side of the nail and then roll over to the other side. Make sure to press down.

The pattern should now be on your nail.

Here is how it goes! You need to clean the plate and the stamper, before you continue with the next nail.

Remove the nailpolish around the nail.

I always use a cotton swab and dip it in the nailpolish remover.

Apply a clear top coat. Be carefull and do not drag the nailpolish - it will ruin the pattern! Let it dry and apply a second coat if necessary.
