Masking tape(craft store) or scotch tape(comic book store) will hold your paper in place and allow you to remove it without any rips or leftover residue!

Rane Body Decor

Try painters tape. You can find it at your local hardware store. It's usually blue and it has a very low tack adhesive so it won't tear the paper
