I used my dehydrator to make them at a low temp but can't remember what the temp was. All I know is they are delicious whatever temp used and much healthier than chips (and taste better! :-)

I've never tried at a lower temp- but I'm no chef haha - if anyone finds a better way to make it please let me know ;)

Well, regardless of a few list nutrients, it does look tasty! Has anyone tried baking at a lower temperature? How low would the temp need to be?

So you can get a dehydrator and make them in that at a lower temperature or in your own oven at a lower temp I would guess.

Baking the kale at such a high temperature destroys enzymes and nutrients. The kale sol at health stores are dehydrated at low temperatures. FYI. :)

Lucky you, kale hasn't achieved enough popularity where I live so I have to pay $5 for a bunch! At that price I'm too scared to try this in case I ruin it...
