At this point add the honey. I spray the measuring spoon with a little cooking spray and the peanut butter comes easily off the spoon.

After about 15 minutes here you go creamy honey nut peanut butter!  Store peanut butter in fridge for up to one week.   My daughter and I love to put this on apple wedges!!

You don't have to add honey and you can make it as creamy or as crunchy as you like by stopping processing it when you reach the consistency you like. If you don't like peanuts you can pretty much do this with any roasted nut or seed. The trick is the nut or seed has to be roasted otherwise all you will get is a powder.
