ReadyBoost is a good way to get your PC speed Up !! Besides, you can consider doing these basic tips for optimizing and speeding up your PC too: http://www.registryrecycler.com/blog/2013/05/a-simple-guide-to-make-pc-faster/

For best effect it is best to use ReadyBoost with flash drives of a capacity equal to or greater than the amount of physical memory (RAM) in the PC. Also, it is best to use just one ReadyBoost flash drive. You might also note that not all flash drives are capable of ReadyBoost. Lastly, ReadyBoost is a great idea but actual usage performance increases vary wildly. For best gains in performance simply upgrading the RAM (doubling the current capacity) is better.

Your computer will store commonly used files on the USB drive, and because flash memory can be accessed faster than a hard disk it speeds some processes up!
