I think it's worth the time since it make 2 quarts for about $3.50, and a small tub of Greek yogurt costs $4.00.

The consistency is not as thick as Greek yogurt, but tastes very similar and delicious!

What is the consistency like when it is finished incubating? Is it similar to Greek yogurt?

It probably is good, but I'm asking "is it worth it?" I'm running low on supplies at the moment
