Supplies

2 Cups Whole wheat flour ( if you would like pastry flour

½ Cups Apple sauce

1 teaspoon baking soda

¼ Teaspoons Salt

2 Eggs

As many walnuts as you would like :)

1 ¾ Cups Honey

3 Bananas

¼ Cups Flaxseed

Looks great!! I add the walnuts to the flour mix, before any liquid... That distributes them along the whole bread.. So they won't stay together... ;)
