Now place the remaining ingredients into a small bowl; the PB, butter, and honey.

I use an ice cream scooper to measure out the dough. Then I place it on my reusable baking cloth which I sprayed with non stick cooking spray. You could just use parchment paper. :)

When they come out of the oven, they will be REALLY soft. Almost like bread. Leave them aside, and they will set as the cool. Btw the cookie on the most right bottom, my 2 year old niece did that -.-

After about 20 minutes, they would've set and you can indulge in this chewy & thick peanut butter cookie. With white chocolate chips. How can you resist?

P/S: You could substitute the white choco chips with any other thing you like. Toffee bits, milk/dark choco chips, mini Reese's pieces, M&M's, choco chunks, anything! The possibilities are endless. :)
