Prime your nails with white polish, I used Sally Hansen Xtreme wear White On #300

The first piece of tape I wrapped around my finger, and the second I went from side to side running along the back of my finger nail

Take a glob of nail polish and put it in the water, the polish should spread like mine, eventually the colors will form rings I made 9 rings 3 of each color. Work fast it dries quickly

Take the tooth pick and create swirls or a flower like pattern in the water,Drop the finger in wait 10 seconds, if the nails polish doesn't dry fast enough, blow on the top of the water,

Like so again... Blow or shake water for several seconds

After you have dropped your finger in the water and nail polish, take a Q-tip and clean the access dried nail polish around the finger area

And BAMMMM! There are the beautiful swirls/patterns this make take a few times to get them perfect, it took me at least 25 tries!

Continue this process 8 mores time, because I did 2 nails in the videos... AFTER THE 8 MORE TIMES....

Peel off the gooey icky tape like so...

Get the remover and pour some liquid in the cap,take a Q-tip and run along the edges of your nails to clean the dried nail polish off...

If the nail polish is thick, try adding a little bit of polish remover to make it more liquidy and that should solve the problem! ;!
