Oooo I'm making these on Friday for my family and I can't wait! Is it just single cream or double?

Great instructions & easy to follow. My pastry didn't rise very much which made it tricky to slice sideways: it broke into pieces & became a jigsaw to try to put back together.

Well I made them. Turned out great. Soo tasty. I have a pic but don't have twitter. Only thing I did wrong was the icing on top, think I made it a little to runny. But still tastes good. Thanks for the guide :)

Cool best of luck. Remember to keep stirring the custard while making it to ensure it doesn't burn!
