Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius)
Grease or line your muffin tin
In a bowl, combine the flour
Using a whisk, mix it all up
In a liquid measuring cup, pour in your oil
Now pour the milk until the whole mixture equals 1 cup
Add this mixture to your dry mixture
Wash your cup of blueberries, then pour them in the bowl
Fold the blueberries in the batter
Pour into your muffin tin, filling each almost to the top
For the crumb topping, add the sugar
Mix well with a fork or your hands
Sprinkle the topping on top of each muffin.
Put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until brown around the sides
When its done, take them out and wait for them to cool
