Chocolate shavings could be used on top though. I wouldn't recommend chocolate "nestle" powder.

Witty Lizzy

It could but chocolate will melt on top of the tiramisu, cocoa will not. Chocolate will not leave a nice effect and the bitterness of the cocoa will balance out with the sweetness of the cream.

Also chocolate can be used;)

You may whip up 35% cream but you'll have to add sugar to make it sweet.

Do not cook the eggs! Just give them a little heat to kill the salmonella and melt the sugar. This step might take a good 10-15 minutes of whisking. Be patient as the result is a fluffy egg-sugar mixture!

Emphasis on lightly! My wife and I made an attempt at Tiramisu once, and the ladyfingers dissolved before we could put them in the dish. Just dunk and go very fast! You only have seconds!
