Its kinda like crepes but not really since this isnt fried on fire or as sugary/fat as a crepe. Its MUCH healthier and meant as a dish and not dessert:):)

Turned out fabulous! I set the heat to high to warm up then down to medium to cook. I also stirred the mix between pouring in case anything was settling. I put a tablespoon of sugar in but not really needed if you put jam or syrup on it. Yum, yum- thank you!!
