Step 4: Using a fork gently mix the oil into the flour mixture without over mixing.

Dough should look like above when mixed.

Step 5: Use 2/3 of the dough for the bottom of the crust. Gently push the crust into the pie plate (work the dough as little as possible). Use  your fingers like shown above to make a decorative trim.

Step 6: fill with your favorite filling. I chose to make an apple pie with the apples we picked over the weekend. Add cinnamon and brown sugar to the remaining dough and crumble on top of pie filling.
