Thanks Erin, i guess hardcore is good. I call it a complete smoothie cause it gives me the muscle building blocks plus the anti-oxidants athletes need.

I use a Vitamix which grinds anything! I would think a normal blender would too, they're not as hard as Flax seeds.

Very cool, I started making smoothies myself just like this. I tried with broccoli (yuk), took that out and use spinach with carrots and mango, banana, kiwi, and an apple. Used that almond breeze with soy protein, it was so good. What's the purpose of the seeds?
